Learning Experience Designer ☆ Community Builder ☆ Story-Driven Program Leader

I design learning communities where people feel seen, supported, and brave enough to grow. For over a decade, I’ve built programs that help learners find their voice, take meaningful risks, and practice the human skills that fuel leadership—communication, empathy, collaboration, and courage.

The catalytic question that guides my work? Around the world, work is changing faster than traditional education can keep up. As Demis Hassabis (Google DeepMind) puts it, “Students graduating from college today may graduate into roles that don’t exist yet. The question isn't whether you're prepared; it's whether you can learn what’s next.” I’ve built my career around that question—using story-rich, community-centered learning to help people develop the meta-skills that endure even as industries change: adaptability, self-awareness, perspective, and the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

"Empathy makes you a better innovator.” — Satya Nadella

“Empathy will be one of the most valuable skills in the future economy.” — Kevin Kelly

Whether I’m onboarding 400 business students, helping middle-school girls step up to a mic for the first time, or coaching medical residents through story as a tool for resilience, I design for the same outcome: belonging that sparks bravery, and bravery that leads to growth. My work sits at the intersection of learning design, community experience, narrative practice, student well-being, and community impact.

What I’m known for:

☆ Building belonging-centered learning ecosystems that scale

☆ Designing story-driven programs that build confidence and connection

☆ Turning complex goals into clear journeys with measurable impact

☆ Leading cross-functional teams, partnerships, and facilitators

☆ Blending rigor and play to make learning meaningful and memorable

I thrive in mission-driven environments where young people, educators, or early-career leaders are building what comes next. If you’re creating programs that help people grow—with courage, connection, and imagination—I’d love to help bring that vision to life.
